Meet the Doctors

Dr. Tim Langan, Doctor of Chiropractic

  • Dr. Tim Langan was born in Pennsylvania but relocated to Texas at a young age. Tim went to grade school and high school just outside Dallas, TX. While in his mid-20s, Tim joined the United States Air Force and served for 6 years in the SERE school, teaching wilderness survival to all units of the military.
  • After his time in the military Tim discovered his calling in chiropractic and decided to go back to school. Tim attended Parker University, graduating in 2007 as a Doctor of Chiropractic. Tim is also certified in Animal Chiropractic. Post graduation Tim worked at 2 different offices in Dallas before moving to Austin, TX and opening his own practice. After visiting South Lake Tahoe with his wife, Angi, and meeting the Kane's it was an easy sell to move to California to be a part of Tahoe Chiropractic Clinic. Tim has been at TCC since January of 2016, and purchased the practice from Dr. Kane in August of 2016 after the Kane's decided to leave South Lake Tahoe to pursue new indevers.

Dr. Langan is available Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. See our hours tab for more details.

Dr. Jordan Gray, Doctor of Chiropractic

  • Dr Jordan Gray

Dr. Jordan Gray joined Tahoe Chiropractic Clinic in May 2018 when Dr. Glenn Miller, a beloved chiropractor with over 40 years of practice, decided to retire. Prior to starting full time, Dr. Gray was trained by Dr. Miller to learn and implement his adjusting style and therapeutic treatment techniques.

Dr. Gray’s professional background is a path toward service of both individuals and the community. He brings compassion, a willingness to listen, honest health related advice, along with high quality chiropractic adjustments, and we are excited and grateful to have him at Tahoe Chiropractic Clinic.

When Dr. Gray is not working at the clinic or teaching at LTCC he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend Gina, a local Acupuncturist, and dog, Angus, on the Lake and trails. He’s an avid skier at Heavenly and Kirkwood (likes The Wall and Gunbarrel when it’s filled in) and is a mountain biker. He also knows the value of taking care of his own body, and the challenges of overcoming injury to maintain an active lifestyle. He is able to achieve this through regular adjustments, massage, functional fitness, and yoga, and focuses on injury prevention and finding a balance.

He’s knowledgeable and skilled in a variety of chiropractic techniques, including: Coupled Motion Diversified full spine adjustments (similar to the way Dr. Miller practiced); Torque Release Toggle Recoil upper cervical (neck) adjustments with integrated muscle and cranial work; activator instrument adjustments; Sacral Occipital Technique (SOT); Flexion Distraction lumbar disc spinal decompression; Drop Table; Extremity Adjustments (shoulders, knees, feet, etc); Physiotherapy Modalities; Sports Medicine exercise recommendations; Kinesiotaping; and nutritional advice.

Dr. Gray’s chiropractic work history includes Active Life Chiropractic in Tahoe from 2012 to 2018 and Gray’s Chiropractic in Meyers from 2010 to 2012.

He’s an Adjunct Faculty at Lake Tahoe Community College in Physical Education since 2012 where he works at the FEC Fitness education center, with full quarter lecture experience teaching Health and Wellness, Sports Nutrition, Nutrition, Cell and Microbiology, and Volleyball. He also was a TLC writing and biology tutor.

Dr. Gray earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West in 2010. He also holds a BA in Kinesiology and Applied Physiology from the University of Colorado, Boulder, graduating in 2000. After undergraduate, he worked as a Personal Trainer and Wellness Associate for the City of Boulder Parks and Recreation from 2000 to 2006. He’s been a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a Certified Health Fitness Instructor through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and actively performed health assessments and coached individual exercise training routines for City employees, and the local Fire Department who would use the 3 area recreation centers. In addition, Jordan has experience with teen and small group adult fitness classes, spin, and personal training.

Dr. Gray is available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. See our hours tab for more details.
